1. Cancellations & Refunds
● 14 days or more before the course starts: Full refund.
● Less than 14 days before the course starts: No refund.
● After the course starts: No refunds for missed classes or early withdrawal. Class
recordings are available for review.
Cancellation requests must be received by 11:59 PM Hong Kong Time (HKT), 14 calendar
days before the course start date to qualify for a full refund.
2. Course Changes
You may request to switch to another course or schedule, subject to availability. Changes
are not guaranteed.
3. If I Cancel a Course
If I cancel a course before it starts, you will receive a full refund. If I cancel a course after it
starts, you will receive a proportional refund for any remaining classes.
4. Refunds & Contact
Refunds are issued to the original payment method without deductions for payment
processing fees. Exchange rate differences or fees charged by your bank or card provider
may affect the amount received.
